CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
(PART-TIME)
Role responsibilities:
Instructing guests on the safety, rules & proper technique of axe throwing.
Monitoring throwing lanes to ensure safe play at all times.
Taking photos and videos to showcase the experience for social media outreach.
Managing bookings via our cloud-based reservation system.
Processing payments and guiding guests through our quick check-in process.
Creating & maintaining the Pine & Iron culture of fun, adventure and authenticity!
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Ability to be hands-on and operate power tools (as necessary)
High school diploma required
Availability during weekdays is a plus
Outgoing, friendly and reliable personality
Must have a passion for creating a great customer experience!
